CIHC is committed to working with individuals and organizations to improve the health of Canadians. CIHC’s Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange Committee "PKEC" works with the CIHC Secretariat to develop strategic relationships that will further the work of the CIHC and ensure the Collaborative remains sustainable in the future. We are always looking for effective ways to share promising information and practices about interprofessional education and collaborative care.

Collaborative Change Dialogue

In February 2009, CIHC initiated a Collaborative Change Forum to talk with national organizations about opportunities for collaboration.
