Thank you for your interest in booking the CIHC conference display. We appreciate notice at least two weeks before your event. CIHC will cover the cost of shipping the conference display to you. You are responsible for the return cost of shipping to UBC.

Terms: The person booking the CIHC conference display is responsible for:

1. Organizing and paying for return shipping to UBC, including insurance for $2,800, in a timely manner (within 3 days of the event).

2. Ensuring that all parts of the display are returned, and in the same condition that they were received.
